“Not bad all the basics. But the treadmills look pretty old, time to order new ones and a new abdominal machine. Location is nice, next door to grocery store. If you're a truck driver, perhaps don't stay long.”
“I dropped in for a Friday morning class, I had Facebook messaged them Thursday evening they answered quickly getting me all the info needed for the next day. The coach was awesome and encouraging, remembering my name and pushing me to finish 25.3 strong. She volunteered to change my weights so I could keep moving, I felt really comfortable right from the start. I even got to play on some equipment I don't have access to after class, awesome experience, awesome people, check it out!!”
