Completely satisfied every trip I make, Mr. Gary gave me the best price on some old gold jewelry I had laying around, he fixed a ring I had in 1 day, re-sizes all my rings super fast, everything in the entire shop is beautiful!

The lady who receives calls on main line. she directly hungup on me without listening a single word. i tried to connect thrice but she did the same thing again and again. i was calling to get some information about my engagement ring. she was really rude. i am very disappointed.

Designed my wedding band 5 years ago...jeweler does amazing work. The women who work as customer service representatives could use a course in customer service. Avoid the customer representatives young and old.....wait for the jeweler!

Awesome - I went by to have my silver chain's clasp fixed and they took it to the back and came out a minute later with it fixed and didn't charge me anything. You can't beat that!
