My doctor told me they sent a prescription in at 7am. I called at 10am because it wasn’t showing on the app. They told me they never received it. I then call my doctor to ask for a paper copy of my prescription to have it filled. At 1pm CVS send me a text saying my prescription is ready. The same prescription that they said they never got. All this happened on a Friday before a holiday. Now I won’t be able to get my prescription filled till Tuesday because of their lying, lazy staff. I’m going to find a local pharmacy that cares about their clients, that aren’t lazy, and are better organized.

Employees don’t know how to enter insurance information correctly and cost us a ton of time and energy to fix the mistakes of the pharmacy staff. Thanks for wasting our time.

Was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. Didn't find what I was looking for , purchased a drink through self checkout and left without a single human interaction.

Every single time has been terrible! My last experience was the worst. At the drive-through, pharmacist asked for my name through the intercom while her back was to me. The tech was at a computer near the window & would never look at me. She approached the window, slid the draw open without making eye contact or even speaking. She seemed annoyed. I assumed she needed my payment so I placed the card in the box. She grabbed my card, processed it then put my card & meds back in to return to me. NEVER SAID A WORD! Not even a smile or thank you. NOTHING!!

My CVS experience was made quite pleasantly by a young worker in the store whose name was Darius
He was very busy with many people in the front and he did awesome. He never complained at all and was very patient with us all. When dealing with kind people like this, it makes you wish to frequent the store more often.

No complaints! I’ve used this pharmacy several times and I’m happy with the service. I have encountered problems at other pharmacies due to the meds I need not being in stock very often, but they are very pleasant and helpful when I call.

If you looking for a pharmacy stay away from here!!! There is one pharmacy tech and one pharmacist that acts like they are your provider and wants to control who gets certain medication. They will lie and say insurance doesn't cover it, the medicine is not in stock, or they never received the prescription. This is a violation and can affect someone's health. CVS needs to intervene because each individual and the store can be legally liable for their actions.

So far my experience has been good. My prescription is usually given in singles instead of larger bottles, which is a little inconvenient. But other than that I never wait too long when I go. And staff is friendly enough

I know times are hard and it’s difficult to hire good staff but being on hold for over an hour is unexceptional. Big pharma can get away with it because what are we going to do? We can’t go without our medication so they increase profits by hiring less staff. So much for our presidents pledge to fix big pharma.
