CVS provides generally good service and a positive shopping experience. Customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, especially during busy times. One store employee was notably patient and courteous, making the visit pleasant despite the busy environment. The pharmacy is considered reliable, with staff being helpful and pleasant over the phone, and prescriptions usually ready in a timely manner. Some customers find it convenient that checkout registers are available, and staff assist quickly when needed, even when the store is crowded. However, there are minor inconveniences, such as receiving prescriptions in singles instead of larger bottles and occasional issues with stock availability. Additionally, the store can be poorly lit at night, raising safety concerns. The self-checkout system works well for most items but requires clerk assistance for age-sensitive products like cough syrup, which somewhat defeats the purpose of self-checkout. Overall, CVS is viewed as a friendly, helpful, and dependable pharmacy and store, with some areas for improvement.

Employees don’t know how to enter insurance information correctly and cost us a ton of time and energy to fix the mistakes of the pharmacy staff. Thanks for wasting our time.
