It was amazing. I went in for my scheduled appointment to do a wire transfer to the UK as I do every year from this branch location. The issue that came up was that they could not send to currency in British Pounds Sterling...I thought, no big deal, its a bank and every year they convert it and send it, after all they have the latest exchange rate. Boy was I wrong. They told me that I had to tell them the exchange rate! WHAT! They couldn't do the wire transfer. So, I went home and opened my account online. What do you know, you can do wire transfers online and they have a dollar to foreign currency calculator! My accounts are being closed!

I went in with my husband to open a joint account because you can’t do it online. They told me they only do it by appointment and couldn’t help us. It doesn’t say anything online about having to make an appointment. I got off work early to do this today, so it’s really frustrating that it was a waste of time. And the next available appointment is in 6 days. We will probably just take our business elsewhere instead of waiting.

I deposit rolled change regularly for my business. I was told by a teller that they will no longer accept my nickel deposits because they are out of trays. I have never encountered a bank that refused to deposit American currency.

Drive thru Atm not accepting Deposits. Pulled around to the live tellers to make a deposit. Took nearly 20 minutes! Two tellers was working.

So very misleading about wether or not the lobby is fully open to set up an account have not been able to reach anyone at this branch all day just simply being directed by vm to customer service number in which I was told yes they are completely open went into Brach and was told I had to set up an appointment just a complete wast of a day when the inside was completely empty and they had more then enough teller working to be attentive to our needs I'm just disappointed overall with chase what's the point of having the inside open if u are not available to sit down with your customer upon arrival

The tellers are always polite even when faced with many customers. I tend to not have to wait more than 5-8 minutes even when heading here around 5 when people are coming from work. Easy location right off of Main Street opposite corner from Taco Bell and Burger King. The ATM outside of but attached to the main building is a covered room which can be used after hours.

I have previously been going through a lot dealing with my account this month in December (Christmas Time) and Tywanna and James, at the Zachary branch, went above and beyond to get my account opened again. I just wanted to show my appreciation because great customer service don't come always nor does it be acknowledged. I just want to thank them again and acknowledge these two tellers for a great job well done! Keep up the great work guys!
