I was searching for an adjustable mattress for my parents and realized there was a great business in Zachary. The owners Corey & Justin at BoxDrop Mattress are great. During my initially visit I met Corey who was polite, knowledgeable and upfront with pricing. Upon my return, Justin was just as professional and provided outstanding customer service. He patiently answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns without any pressure to purchase. Both gentlemen personally delivered and set up the mattress without any additional fees. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we chose the correct mattresses for my sons. Great customer service is hard to come by when shopping for anything these days but this place is top notch! I would definitely recommend BoxDrop in Zachary to anyone.

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had to finding a mattress. I walked in, Corey took his time asking me what I was looking for and if I had any aches or pains. After telling him about my lower back pain, he instantly placed me on one mattress that was soft, but so firm at the same time. The value can not be beat and the service is one of a kind!

These guys were so great to work with. They helped me find what worked for me. Shortly after my remote accidently broke for the adjustable bed, they handled the insurance claim for a new one. Definitely recommend!

I had a great experience. Justin was very helpful, and I was able to pick out and purchase my mattress in literally 15 minutes. He also delivered it to me at no cost. Great prices (I shopped around) and the mattress is excellent! Highly recommend if you’re in the market!

I purchased a mattress from BoxDrop Zachary about a year ago. Thoroughly have enjoyed the mattress and will be buying new mattresses for guest rooms. Corey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the selection of the mattress. Stopped by their new location in Zachary and excited to see they have expanded their selection of mattresses.
