“Mr. Wayne at the Zachary location provided quick and efficient service! I came between my two work shifts so I had just over an hour to get my brakes (rotors and pads) inspected and changed. He ordered the parts immediately, got the car prepped on the rack and had me out of there in time to get back to my job site. This is not my first time using Mavis’ in Zachary and it certainly won’t be my last.
Update (12/2025) Today I came to purchase new tires and get my struts changed. Mr. Wayne and Mike got the materials together immediately and went to work. They even offered me a courtesy ride home so I wouldn’t have to wait while they worked on my car. I ended up signing up for the Mavis Tire credit card; I won’t pay any interest for 6 months. Great service!
Update: (12/9/25) I was greeted by name with a smile. The service was prompt and the solution to my issue was resolved quickly by Wayne and Travis.”
