Todd Welch, the salesman I worked with, was the most helpful and most polite salesman I had ever met. He truly made the experience hassle free. I would definitely buy from him again. It was worth a 5 hour drive for sure

The only complaint I have is that they took a few days longer than I was told to get the title for the car. Otherwise it was a good experience and we are really enjoying the car we got. One thing to note is that they don't do TT&L, so when you go to get a license plate and registration you will have to cough up more money.

IM NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE; I bought a 2012 Hyundai verloster.. 2 weeks later the hatchback door was broken, a/c went out, radio has wiring issues, transmission clutch is broken.. I have a warranty, but it still doesn’t make up for the stress & aggravation❤️ I wouldn’t recommend ???IM CONTACTING THE LOCAL NEWS STATION ❤️ I want my money back ($10,000)

Mr. Welch was so sweet and super helpful with my purchase o go my vehicle! He didn’t try to hover over my husband and I while we were checking things out nor try to over sell us anything. They are so nice and honest over here. Definitely will be returning here for any future vehicle purchases! Highly recommend!

This dealership operates with integrity and would recommend buying from them. I purchased a vehicle remote from Xpress wholesale and wasn’t happy with when I received the car. Expressed my concern with the situation to Todd and they acted in my best interest even though they didn’t have to and offered me a full refund. Stand up guys.

After a car accident that I was not expecting, I guess no one ever does, Todd helped me maneuver through uncharted waters. He went above and beyond like I've never seen many people do in my lifetime. Really bad customer service. Rude employees especially the manager Kevin or Ken. Smelled of alcohol and every other word was profanity, even though I had my young child with me. Will not do business with them or be back ever again.Addition and edit: No where in my review did I say when this happened. In fact it has been awhile since it has happened, but did not think of writing the review until I was recently I stubbled across the page while looking for a dealer for another purchase. But I want to thank you for confirming that this induvial did work for you and his actions were know well enough by you to know who I was speaking of. The quality of your employees you have says a lot about your business you run.
