Automated phone attendant is horrible. Can't get a live pharmacist on the phone.

Horrible service, NO communication. Ordered a RX for the flu which had an limited time it would be effective. Called Pharmacy stated an hour, checked 2hrs later and stated it would be 24hrs. They checked other locations and was out of stock 20miles around. Ended up missing window for medicine to work and have to allow flu to take its course. HORRIBLE CVS

The 1 star reviews here are so not true and off base. They are a high volume pharmacy yet they text us and alert us when our prescriptions are ready! Sign up with the CVS app!They treat us great and are always so friendly and helpful. Ask them questions and they will tell you what you need to know.

Never have I dealt with a group of people more rude and apathetic as this team of pharmacist. They all must be treated poorly for their attitudes to trickle down to the consumer. Medicine goes on backorder and no one bothers to call. When you call them, they act like you are the biggest inconvenience in the world. I had a flu once that left me bed ridden for 3 days. When the prescription my doctor wrote was out of stock, they told me to call around to the other pharmacies. Umm what? I can barely talk! I desperately need to take my business elsewhere, but CVS has exclusivity with my insurance. So they absolutely know their staff can treat you like dirt because there is nothing we can do about it.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy. I usually use the CVS in Target on Ambassador, but came here because it was closer to my house. No communication whatsoever. They say they will text when the prescription is ready and they do not. They received my prescription request on Saturday and never heard a word. Looked online and it said it was delayed until Monday. Monday rolls around and no phone call. Now it's Tuesday and I call them. I'm told they're "backed up, but it'll be ready in an hour". Show up an hour and a half later and it's still not ready. Just absolutely horrible. Will never come back. Go to the CVS in Target instead. They are wonderful over there and always communicate with you about your prescription.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Went to pick up my prescriptions only to find out they stopped carrying one of them and they never notified me. Shameful pharmacy. Go anywhere else.

If I could leave a zero for the person in pharmacy drive thru I would. So rude. Stared at me when I drove up and then rolled her eyes to tell me they were out of zofluza. As a manager myself, this employee would be looking for a new job. Not good CVS.

Ordered canvases on multiple occasions for them to completely just fall off the wall within 24 hours of getting them. Its not a hanging issue it is a manufacture issue. They keep raising the prices but getting worse and worse products, they charge 100 dollars per canvas when they are made of plastic now and the backing wont stay on, no thanks.

I ordered one item online for same day pickup. I waited patiently for almost 4 hours. I ended up calling them (which took forever to actually talk to a human) and it seemed like if I wouldn’t have called I wouldn’t have gotten my item. I also bought a bag of chips the same day and when I opened them they smelled so bad. I looked at the expiration date…they expired in 2021 about 8 months ago. Why was this still on the shelf???

So the phone system is insane, it takes forever to get a human on the phone. Then when you call with a question they give an answer without actually checking and then act like it's an inconvenience to be of assistance. She did get up and go check for an item after I questioned her response but I felt like I was burdening her by asking for assistance.

I've been trying to get my dog's prescription refilled for three days. It's a medication that my dog cannot miss. The vet has called it in, faxed it in to CVS multiple times. I went to the pharmacy this morning first thing and it wasn't open at 8am (when they are supposed to be open). I called CVS and was told there was an emergency that was preventing the pharmacy to open and a pharmacist would be in at 9am. They were not. I've had similar problems with this particular CVS for a few years. This is the second time the pharmacy has not been open on time due to "an emergency". I've moved my family prescriptions to Farmers in Youngsville and did the same today for my dog's prescription. Farmers filled the prescription immediately. This is just a very basic prescription - I don't know why CVS in Youngsville is so inept but I will never go there again.
