“It's my neighborhood store. They are great, for the most part, but I bought a scratch off there and won a ticket. However, when I tried to turn it in at a another store across town, they said the pack of scratch offs haven't been activated. I called Cirlce K to ask them to please activate the pack but they wouldn't.”
