The lights were very difficult to take out and it definitely wasn’t a simple change. They were by no means obligated to even help us but After several challenges, Margaret persevered with the utmost determination and was able to fix them!! Plus, it was closing time!!!!! “The two guys working there this afternoon are great. Robert and Matteo really got me out of a bind today. A connector between two coolant hoses popped in my car. I checked the GPS and the closest auto parts store was this O'Reilly, so I drove there as the coolant leaked out. These guys helped me figure out what parts off the shelf I could use to fix the problem, found them for me in the store, and even popped out a few times to check on me and lend a hand. “I brought my Chevy Equinox in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The Service Manager asked what I needed before I got to the counter. I told him which tire had the leak, he told the technician, I gave him the keys and took my car into one of the bays immediately. I talked to the Service Manager, in between customers, and in no time at all the technician told the SM my car was ready. They didn't charge me anything. Prompt service and good customer service.
