Could not fix my mower,wasted104 dollars

I brought my lawn mower here in June, 2024, because it quit running after 2-3 minutes. I told them what the exact problem was. They kept it 2 1/2 weeks, and I paid them $85 after they apparently “fixed it’.” The very next day I attempted to cut my grass, and behold, it quit running after 2-3 minutes. I brought it back to them, and they want to charge me another $60 to fix it right ( the second time). I will definitely not go there again. Totally unacceptable!!

Do not use this place.
Put a 2 stroke tiller in there. Got it back wouldn't start. Got it back and it wouldn't start again.

If I could give a -1 i would have.. Customer service is awful. The elderly lady need not be at the counter!! Haven't used my machine yet, stay tuned. Well got it home and there was no cable for self propelled. Had to bring it back. Charged me 30.00 for prob a 15.00 cable but spared me the labor cost (gee thanks). Go back to the counter to see this very rude lady. She hands me a little piece of paper with some numbers on it. I asked if I could have an itemized receipt for the cable. She rolled her eyes grabbed the 1×1 piece of paper and wrote cable on it. And said, "I don't know what you mean, if something is wrong with the cable" What a b****h! Will refer, said no one ever!!!

Brought chainsaw in several times for same issue. Kept charging more parts. Finally a $5 part was able to halfway fix it after spending nearly $250 on a $300 saw. It runs, but doesn't have much power to cut anything. Treated me as if all of it was my fault why it was not working. Never could use it.

Fair and honest repair service. I brought my Toro push mower in when it started pumping out a ton of white smoke. The guys there called me to discuss the issue, explained parts, labor, and recommended options. I picked it up today and it runs better than new. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
