I received great service from Joshua. However, my issue is with Blue Link and their policies. He was unable to actually help me get a new phone without making changes to my plan. This was my second Blue Link store in the same day and although both had my phone in stock, I wasted over 2 hours of my day and was unable to get a new phone. Requiring handwritten quote sheets is truly terrible customer service. You are better off going to an AT&T corporate store where they can actually help you.

Always a line at store at anytime of day. Had issue with phone for 4 months calls going to voice mail. Ended up calling 611 for techs to fix my service. FINALLY pro-tech fixed phone, no bill is all Wrong :(

I dealt with Andrew and was beyond pleased with his knowledge, customer service, and ability to handle all my questions while simultaneously answering phones and greeting incoming customers.I am delighted to have this store and Andrew as my service provider, and plan on doing more business with them directly in the future. Without a doubt, I recommend them as I found switching carriers and adding a veteran's plan a hassle free ordeal.

I have never been so disappointed with AT&T. I have always had great customer service, reception, & products. Dylan, is who helped us & lied to us about what we were getting, told us that the printer ran out of ink so we didn’t receive a receipt. Never got an email receipt either. He didn’t want us to see what he had signed us up for. We go to another ATT store to get it figured out & find out that one of their employees left there because of the shadiness that was happening at this store & that he even made a claim with HR, that another woman had too, & now us. If you go with AT&T go to another store!

If you want a $500 phone bill, this is the store for you!!! If you want random lines and features added to your account that you did not ask for, this is the store for you!!! I used to work for this store and can vouch that JUSTIN DENNIS is the worst and forces his employees to do things in order to make his sales quota. I quit several months ago and I am still being harassed by him. Goodluck!

If you want to get scammed, then this is the store for you. I NEVER write reviews, but after 5 visits to the corporate ATT store to undo allllll of the things these scammers did to our account (including fake promotionals in which he lied about “free” items such as iPods and an Apple watch), we learned this store is staffed by contract workers-not ATT employees. They work on 100% commission and their sole mission is to get you to sign up for as many products as you can. We were also in the store for FOUR HOURS while he went back and forth between us and his “manager” to ask for “assistance”. We should have listened to our gut and walked out, but instead we stayed and it cost us hundreds of dollars. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE!!!

We waited over 2 hours to be seen by a rep, BUT the rep Dylon was AMAZING! He hooked me and my husband PLUS our kids up too. Got out monthly bill to decrease for a lot more added .
