“Wow, I was so impressed with how clean and organized the aisles were. Every item on every shelf was faced out. Squared off even and neat. I actually loved it. I never thought a store could look so good. The food selection is the absolute best out of all the stores that sell food in the area. Prices have skyrocketed everywhere and it's hard to afford groceries. When the store looks as good as this one does it kind of helps you justify the cost knowing that people work and care here so they should get paid for a good job. Sort of justifies higher prices but still ridiculous because of Biden and his administration.”
“Quiana in the bakery saved the day! I was in town on April 12th with a large group for an event that took place in Pineville, La. I placed an order for cupcakes for this event about a month in advance. When I picked the cupcakes up the order was not quite right. I spoke to Quiana in the bakery and explained to her how important this order was to our event. She quickly took care of me. This young lady was so nice and willing to help, even though they were very busy. I will always remember her kindness! What a blessing to be able to speak with her for a few minutes! Sam's needs more employees like Quiana!”

“LOVE them. After being done dirty by Walgreens and CVS, I figured I would try out Ray's. They are the ONLY pharmacy that carries the prescription for my daughter's nebulizer. They've always got it my prescription ready in 15 minutes. All the girls who worked the window have always been super kind and helpful.”

“Last night, one of your pharmacists was so helpful to me! The Pineville location was out of stock of one of the medicines I needed for being sick, and the doctor forgot to call in the other one I was supposed to get. I called to see if the Alexandria Jackson St. location had it in, and they did. The pharmacist immediately transferred my request, and she told me to call the doctor and get the other one sent there, too. As soon as I called her back saying my doctor called the medicine into the wrong place, she transferred it again. Thanks for taking the extra time to help me troubleshoot the problems and getting the order filled so fast! I’m so thankful!”
“There are some employees that are rude and mean and some are very nice polite people willing to help they have a wide verity of stuff I love the meat department it's very good quality stuff I live in Bunkie we have one store Lyons market and they are high as heck they get over people they are over priced if you are the elderly and have no way to go shopping elsewhere you are screwed so I go to Alexandria to shop and buy stuff I need i save so much money there”

“When Walgreens makes me wait 45 minutes in the drive thru line and then tells me mine is not ready but will be after they take their break to come back in an hour:, I called VanMol in Woodworth and they took care of it. It was ready as soon as I got back to Woodworth. Never use Walgreens again.”
