The young lady was very friendly and tried to fix my service but it's Verizon wireless. I will never ever suggest them to anyone for phone service. You pay for 5g but you get 4g and one bar.

Excellent customer service. Amber was very knowledgeable and found us the perfect phone to meet our needs. It is always a plus when you find someone that takes pride in their work. Would highly recommend.
