I came to New Orleans, from Atlanta about 4 months ago, carrying my line of T-shirts, seeking a new LOCAL printing company. I read several reviews good and bad, but still decided to give this company a chance. I visited the westbank location a few times and on my third visit I eventually found a dark cluttered space and a young lady sitting behind the counter looking quite dismantled and confused. Her name was Kristen. On this visit I mentioned to her that I was looking for a printer for bulk printing and wanted to try the printing services here. Her response was, "Well the person that would take your order isn't' here and were actually supposed to be closed but I didn't get a chance to lock the door. But I can still take your order and pass it along to the printers." Me:?????! Kristen listened to my order and I explained that I'm only looking to get three shirts right now I have my own design in Adobe illustrator and I have my own shirts I just want to know the quality of printing. I asked what would that cost and she told me $15 each shirt. I was OK with that price because it was a small amount to pay to find a printing company locally that I can build a relationship with. She gave me her email address and I told her that I would send the designs in Adobe illustrator that night. Well I sent the design that night, and called the next day. I called four times to get the voicemail on the toll free number and I then called the local number in which no one answered. So I waited... I waited about three days and called back this time the toll free number gave me someone and I had to ask this person what was his name three times in the sound of his voice made me believe that he wasn't telling me his real name. Red flag! So when I mentioned the young lady's name to him and that I had sent an email with my designs he had absolutely no idea of who I was talking about. So at this point I decided to visit the store where I met this young lady on the chance of seeing her there again around the same time or earlier. I went to this store five times and no one was there and of course it was earlier than I went previously, but along with the poor access, lethargic, and almost bewildered underlings, calling this company to "get a human person" is like traveling through a maze! Their hours or 10 to 6:00 PM and I got there at about 5 maybe 5:15pm. At this point I had given up on that process so I waited another day or so and went back on a Thursday. When I got there on that Thursday, I met David. I explained the previous episode with David in short detail and withheld the previous price that Kristen gave me. and what do you know after I explained my go to David his price for me to transfer my design to my T shirt was $10 per shirt. I did not have my shirts with me at that moment so I ended up having to take the chance and come back to this location. when I got to this location that following Tuesday David was there and Myles was there who is the manager or owner of this business. Myles and I began to chat about business ventures and he mentioned some things that he was getting into and asked me about my business. He also asked if my business was "Christian-based" as a backdrop for the gospel music playing in the background of our conversation. I said, "No" we are community-based and all of my ventures give more focus to community." And he got a look on his face of "disapproval", telling me that he is going to pray that my business prosper. (...those "Christian" folk....I tell ya!) David began to explain to miles that he had earlier told me I could have my design transferred to my own T-shirts for the price of $10 per shirt and miles agreed that that would be a fair price. As David searched for the initial email I sent to Kristen, he could not find it and later resolved that Kristen gave me her personal email and not the business email address. So at this moment, I'm beginning to see the "Gray" of doing business with this company. B

It's been over a month since I placed my order. They first Told me the size of the file did not matter so when I sent my file it looked terrible in the banner, I rejected the proof so they decided to create their own design and it looked really bad, put a huge picture in the front with a really bad cut and didn't even put my slogan or any of the important information for my business. I rejected that too and they yelled and hung up on my on the phone, while I was trying to explain what I needed they constantly cut me off, so unprofessional. I requested for my money back and they have not even confirmed my refund. It's been over a month and i Follow up every single day to check if my refund was issued and they don't respond! They don't respond to your calls and they only have one contact information. As of today I still don't have my money back and they did not even want to help on creating the banner I need. they STOLE my money! I paid $145 and I still don't have that money back. don't trust this people!! its sad that they claim to be the "biggest minority printer in the nation" but they test our own people with disrespect and have no respect for your money, your time, and your business. Don't buy from these people!

Nice people work here, but their customer service is terrible. I dropped off handkerchiefs to be printed on a Friday of a long weekend. I was told someone would send me a proof before printing the following Tuesday. When nothing arrived by email, I called the shop and was told someone would send something on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went. Then I started calling to find out what happened to my order. After 10 days of having my messages ignored and receiving neither a message nor an email, I ended up going back to the shop to pick up my handkerchiefs. They were returned to me without a problem, but the shop had lost the wedding invitation I'd left with the handkerchiefs to use for the artwork. I was told someone would call me (again!) when they found the invitation. Four days later and phone messages ignored (as it is VERY difficult to actually get through to the shop), I have yet to hear anything. If you need something printed, go elsewhere.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. If you have a small order (I ordered 6 shirts and 6 caps), do not order here. They said a week at first and 3 weeks later nothing. They didn't keep me updated and I had to chase for answers each time. They didn't respond to half my messages and in the end cancelled my order, delaying my launch photo shoot by a month. Really irresponsible and they didn't even offer a real apology or make good for wasting my time. My only recourse is to post a bad review. Terrible business, horribly unprofessional

This company is horrible and the customer service is even worst. He even argues back and forth with his customers on social media. My product wasn't delivered on the promised date and on several attempts I was unable to get in contact with anyone. And to this date I still don't have my product and the owner refuses to give me a refund. Looks like, if you're not a big corporation he doesn't care. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.

Sad, but TRUE... The pictures show the company's response to my previous one star review. I'm done with this foolishness named WePrint101. Peace out

The customer service was extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. There was poor communication between the company and I the entire time we worked together. I waited hours for a response about the status of my programs. I asked the guy I worked with to make changes to my programs and he nonchalantly responded saying that he had and that it was changed. Then hours later he sends the program with the changes I initially asked for. And to top it all off, I waited until 3 in the morning for my programs that would be handed out later that morning at my grandmother's funeral. Totally unacceptable. I will never return there nor will I recommend anyone to use their services.

Horrible experience, lied about shirt quality, time shirts would be completed, refused to send a proof for approval, had to beg for an invoice. Had customer waiting over 4 hours physically for shirts. Gave the customer the run around the entire day. Takes money upfront and refuses to give refunds. Myles has an ego and refuses to understand that he did anything wrong. Worst of all he did this to a kid that was simply ordering shirts for her business.
