The lady was Very rude and unfriendly, I went to get information on a bridal bouquet and she said she didn't have time for it. Like WHAT!?! Also the place looks like a pet shop with barking dogs and cats all over

To say I was disappointed in the funeral arrangement I ordered would be an understatement. It was a far cry from the description on the funeral website. Take your time and visit your local florist before ordering via "The Sympathy Store". It was quite embarrassing to be honest, so terribly disappointing.
