I get all my prescriptions from CVS Pharmacy, the store is always clean & the employees knows your name. It is like a family pharmacy. Sometimes it takes a while for someone to answer the telephone.b/c they are very busy.but overall, I prefer CVS to a mail order pharmacy.I 'll stick w/ getting my prescriptions filled @ CVS.

Call system is trash . And rude even by telling me " if that's all ypu need, then you can hang up"All I did was press "0" to connect to live rep to ask if they had certain candy available.Terrible experience talking on the phone.

Went in to get diapers for my baby using the pampers rewards app. As soon as I said I had a coupon the cashier “Norma Jean/Noma Jean” (old short white woman with glasses and a ponytail) immediately said they don’t scan coupons on the phone and I have to print it. I explained that with the pampers rewards app the ONLY way to use it is on the phone. She wouldn’t even look at what I had. She was extremely rude and was going back and forth saying she can’t take it so I tried self-checkout. The instructions are very clear and tells you that it has to be scanned on the phone and at the counter. CVS is listed as a rewards retailer and she still refused then she finally saw “OTC” and said that’s completely different and it’s not a “coupon” so scanned it bc obviously they accept it which I knew already. She does not need to be at anyone’s front counter with that nasty attitude early in the morning especially when you’re loud & wrong!

The store itself is OK. I found the eye care products I needed quickly. The cashier was rude to the little old man in front of me claiming his coupon would not scan. He did not receive the discount. I produced my eye care purchases and was asked to enter the phone number for the store account. I entered the number and the computer did not take it. I checked my iPhone for the number and repeated entry. The computer once again did not take it. She kept saying: “You are typing in the same number!” I typed in my alternative number which also did not work. The computer said no customer found. After she made another comment I asked that she not be rude to me. Finally I just left. I found similar products at Winn Dixie Pharmacy. No hassle.

Was on hold with the pharmacy for almost a half hour trying to get a prescription filled. They finally answered the phone and asked me for the name of the medication which I didn't know since the doctor called it in so she put me back on hold for another 15 minutes! I called another pharmacy and got it taken care of before they picked the phone back up. Unacceptable. Get it together people!

Dropped off my prescription returned 4 hrs later just to have them say they they didn't receive anything. After 10 minutes they found my prescription paper and said "sorry try somewhere else they're faster". The two times that I've stopped here and not at Walgreens have been a hassle.

Disability friendly even though that is rare in the New Orleans metro. I have Crohn’s and a heart arrhythmia and needed to use the bathroom as well as pick up a prescription. They had open, clean, and well stocked restrooms. Was so pleased.

Went to get covid test for travel and was told 1-2 days. It’s now been over 2 days, I’ve missed my flight and had to pay $$$ to rebook and still can’t get ahold of anyone to get my results.

If you need a COVID Test to travel, I would not use CVS. They are unable to get the results to you in a timely manner. They are also unable to tell you when your results will be available. Essentialy, all they are worried about is collecting the $139 to take the test, and if you receive the results in time or if you don’t receive the results in time there is nothing they can do to help you, nor do they care to. I am not sure why they agree to provide testing for travel when they have no control over the timing of the results and the test has to be administered 72 hours prior to departure. Would recommend any pharmacy but CVS if you need this test to travel.

This location has the rudest most Incompetent unprofessional and uncaring staff behind the pharmacy counter. They will mess up on the simplest medications and then catch an attitude with You when you finally get fed up and decide to switch to a different pharmacy
