Pete Scimemi Tech/Bt-3 came out to my office and upgraded our modems so our phones and internet would run much smoother! Very nice and Friendly. Even gave me his card so I could contact him directly if I needed service in the future!

601-108021/Tech#10B/Pete ScimemiFor over a year and a half we have had a lot of issues with our internet and how we can get it resolved. For the past few months we’ve had techs in and out of our home baffled as to how we can resolve the issues and a better way to get us back up and running. After a few techs and a few calls. We Get PETE!! A very resourceful and knowledgeable person experienced in this industry. He has been to our home twice and it has always been a pleasant experience. The first time he came he was just as baffled as the rest of us, the vyve team and the higher up’s… however Pete still went above and beyond with his knowledge to find the root of our problem, and he did everything he could to get us where we needed to be. Months later, we had another issue with the internet and we made sure to request Pete… and yet again he goes above and beyond. Rebuilt the entire system and figured out the problem. If we could have a million Pete’s to work this industry with this company… they would monopolize the entire industry. THANK YOU Mr. Pete for finding a way through our difficult situation and going above and beyond for our home. Hopefully there won’t be a next time.

Pete came out to see what all the issues were with my internet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do and got to work. When he finished he cleaned up his area and gave me his business card and said if I had any questions just text him and he would get back with me. My internet is working for now!

Pete Tech 103 came out and tweaked what needed to be tweaked and explained in depth what I needed to do. Now I am running over my bandwidth and for the first time, I'm super happy with my internet. Thank Pete. You are awesome.

Pete has been out to the Oberlin City Hall numerous times for our fax machine. After several times of not figuring out why there was a dial tone but not able to send but could receive.
