“I had to stop at this store recently because of car issues. One of the management staff named Franki was wonderful. She tested my alternator, starter, and battery. She also took my mom and granddaughter in the store out of the heat. She ended up having to change my battery. She insisted we sit inside. While inside the other employees told us her home had recently burned down and she lost everything. This lady had a smile on her face and never complained. She treated us with grace and dignity. I have been in many O’Reilly stores and this one was by far the best.”

“I always go into this location and they are always so helpful, however today put them over the top!I went in and asked for a bulb for one of my blinkers, Jeff, one of the managers, pulled it up and found it in store for me. Before he rang me up he asked to look at my car to see if he would be able to get to it to change it for me (I was prepared to do it myself)..he pulled out the old bulb and noticed that it wasn't bad but instead it was just loose and therefor had a bad connection. He cleaned it out and tightened it back up for me and he even checked all my other lights and blinkers before I left AND DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING!! I will forever continue to use this Prien Lake location :)”

These guys always have everything you ever need plus some over AutoZone for one and for two they don't have to resort to a manual when you ask them for help upon installation or walking outside and having to look at your vehicle... super cool kudos!”
