I called from out of town as my daughter is going to University close by. Only had a sunroof leak and nothing evident by visual. When I called, Mr. Winn said there were only a couple of items he could check with. He would need the car to check them out. No one else wanted to take the time to find the issue; just replace stuff. He took her as soon as possible and had the problem identified and repaired in a reasonable time. Charged a minimal service fee, and the issue is taken care of. Good to know workmanship is still alive.
