The Doctors are very good at what they do. They are caring and thorough. Some of the best in the State!

I have used this clinic for atleast 12 years. Doc dollar always makes time to have a personal conversation with you about your issues. No matter how crazy his day has been. Couldn't recommend a better clinic.

Went on Monday 05/02/22, got a referral for a scope. Dr I was referred to not in my network and have called the office 3 times in the last week. The Dr's nurse or Dr will not return a phone call.

Both Doctors here are highly recommended locally, but for me personally, I’ve been using Dr.Banks now for about 3 months. The man is amazing. He listens to the issues with 100% focus and actually explains to you what’s going on. Wether it’s the Rona, or anxiety, or whatever is going on. He’s a huge help to me and my family

Everyone I know visits Dr. Banks. Yes, he’s busy, but that is mostly the broken healthcare system we have in America. Time is money. Dr. Banks will sit & listen to your concerns and talk with about real options. The nurses are always kind and the phlebotomist I’ve seen is GREAT. You barely know she’s even drawing blood. The facilities are clean, tidy and I am very satisfied with my visits each time. The only way I’d give 5 stars to any health clinic is if I see where the appts are more focused on overall health instead of short-term fixes. Unfortunately, most people “just want to feel better” so that is what is offered. Culturally, there is little focus on preventative care, especially down in the south where people like their TV and fried foods. Tommy Banks is awesome and so is the WM Family Clinic. They do the best they can with what they have to work with.

This is hard being that I have been coming here for over 10 years. My appointment was at 8:15, I made it there at 7:45am. I wasn’t called to the back until 8:45. Sat in this dark, dank room for about and hour. Usually my appointments only last about 45 minutes and I’m out of there. They treated me like a new patient. I am very upset and not only did I not get RXs in hand, which I prefer. Because during the virus they claimed to have sent in a script for me and I never got it. I just didn’t say anything. They are so king since becoming apart of “Steward”! I have never felt this low quality of care. I got in my truck it was 10:13am. How can an appointment take that long for just refills. I’ll be looking for another provider, but that’s ultimately what they must want. That was ludicrous and I still have not got the meds that are needed now. Smh. WMFC was a good clinic, I don’t know what has happened to it. I wish I could give no stars!!

If you need any tests done, make sure they don't send you to Glenwood Imaging or their own lab, who they are affiliated with. They will charge you $2k for an MRI. Call your insurance provider and see if they have a non hospital affiliated imaging center in network, like Ouachita Diagnostic Imaging. An MRI with contrast is abt $400. Non contrast is abt half that.An MRI doesn't cost 2 thousand dollars. Period.I'm going to be nice and leave it at that.

I have been with WMFC for over a decade and I couldn't be more satisfied with the level of care my family has received! Despite being a VERY busy practice, they do their absolute BEST to thoroughly and graciously examine, question and diagnose each issue set before them. The staff of WMFC have never let me down and they genuinely care about the most important thing in my life...my family. Also, it would be a crime not to give props to my favourite, the legend, Carrie Genusa, F.N.P.-C
