I swapped from CVS Pharmacy to here. What a difference in the way of kindness and respect. The pharmacists are open and helpful about any troubles you might encounter

We've given up hope with Walmart pharmacy. Every time we have a script sent in it gets sent to this location rather than the location at Cypress and Wells. The techs at both locations are rude and will place you "on hold" but really they just hang up on you then act annoyed when you call back. Act of congress to get scripts filled and after calling a total of 3 times this morning only to still not be able to fill my mother's prescription I'll be looking into a new pharmacy home for our family needs outside of Walmart.

I was surprised by the reviews of this pharmacy. I think that the problems that others have expressed with this pharmacy have more to do with their expectations than poor performance of the pharmacy employees. Even when I am actively sick and must get same day medications like antibiotics or steroids, I don't have any expectations that my order will be immediately filled. I know that my prescriptions will be filled that day, but I am not going to bash the pharmacy for not putting my medications above the others who are in line ahead of me. Just because I am sick, doesn't mean that the pharmacist should stop what they are doing and wait on me. Even if not sick, you should never expect immediate service from any pharmacy. I always use technology to my advantage. After my doctor sends my prescriptions to the store, I wait for the text message stating that my meds are ready before leaving to go pick them up. Same thing with my monthly meds. I have never experienced negative customer service from the pharmacists or their techs. They are all more than happy to answer questions or assist you on the floor with supplements. I don't know anyone personally at the store, so this review is not based on biases due to a preexisting personal relationship. It just really irritates me that people would leave a negative review before considering whether their negative experience was based more on their poor time management skills or personal expectations rather than the actual quality of services received. Waiting two hours for meds is not a big deal as long as you get them on the day you need them. Pharmacists can't control shortages of medications and it is not always their fault if they can't fill a prescription. This happens all the time and I blame the pharmaceutical companies and natural disasters/epidemics before I lay blame on the pharmacists. I have used this pharmacy for years now and started because they were only minutes from my former apartment. I love the services that I receive so much that when I moved 25 minutes away I still use this pharmacy exclusively. Over all this is the best neighborhood market and pharmacy bar none in the area.

I have been shopping here since it opened and have never had a bad experience. You are greeted by cheerful WalMart associates when you walk in the door and you can always find someone to help you. It is very clean and the setup makes for quick shopping. I have recently switched to WalMart Pharmacy too because the Pharmacists and techs are willing to help and take time explaining your medications when you pick them up. I don't shop anywhere else!

2 hrs to fill basic prescriptions. They were great when the store opened but now the staff treat customers like nuisances. I've noticed it depends on the shift too. Evening shift, 4pm, 14 Nov 2017, could care less and It shows. Probably give it one more go given the location convenience.

Walmart grocery store is literally a block away, so I seem to go daily. The pharmacy is small but efficient. Prices are like regular walmarts, so on certain scripts they get my business just based on low price. Pharmacists are nice but they aren't the fastest. If you haven't called in a refill, I suggest dropping it off and doing your grocery shopping. Most of the time by the time your done the script will be filled. Hours are acceptable.
