This place is GARBAGE, dropped 3 prescriptions off at 9:45 and it still wasn't filled by 1pm. The rude \\\"lady\\\" Beatrice at the counter was too busy rolling her eyes and throwing blame elsewhere to simply tell me what was the reason for the delay.

I've already contacted Louisiana's board of pharmacy to file a complaint on your pharmacy, pharmacist and techs. I contacted your corporate office via telephone and email. Your 3304 Cypress Street location is staffed by a pack of Jackals. They live up to the hunting behaviors of the canis mesomelas genus. I only use this pharmacy in emergency situations. My regular pharmacy is closed on Sundays. I was give 2 prescriptions from the ER last night. My family went to the above location to have these prescriptions filled at 10 am.They were to it would be ready at 11:30 am. They waited in the parking lot for an hour and a half and were then told it would be another 15 minutes. This is when I phone the pharmacy and inquired about when my medications would be ready. I was told by someone (they wouldn't give me their title or name) that it would be another hour. I responded by saying "you just told us it would be ready at 11:30am and then an additional 15 minutes. This is when the unnamed woman exclaimed " I didn't tell you nothing"! I then proceeded to get upset due to her attitude. Then the woman put me on hold while I was in midsentence and another untitled and unnamed woman picked up. She proceeded to complain about her work schedule. Advising me she wasn't even suppose to be at this store. I responded by reminding that I didn't call about Walgreens scheduling issues and proceeded to attempt to discuss my complaint with the previous unnamed woman. This is when I was hung up on. Is this acceptable standards for Walgreens, taking hours to fill a prescription, giving multiple incorrect times, not giving titles or names with whom you are speaking with and then disconnecting the call when they are inconvenienced? The woman I spoke with at the corporate call center was amazing. She gets paid to be yelled at and was still so kind and understanding. Please keep in mind that your customers are sick and do not feel well at best, especially after a night in the ER. Some basic people skills would go a long way.

This used to be my “go to” pharmacy because I could drop off prescriptions and pick them up when it was convenient for me. Unfortunately, they are now closing at 6 PM, so I am unable to pick my meds up when convenient. I’ve dealt with a lot of issues over the years with Walgreens because of the convenience, but I will begin doing business with a local pharmacy from now on.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any pharmacy yesterday. Ordered a refill the day before on the app. App says pick up at noon the next day. (I was surprised, as Walgreens now usually takes 2-3 days to refill my prescription, like a 3rd world country.) Checked the app at noon. Said there was a problem and to contact the pharmacy. Those of you who know, know how maddening a phone call to a Walgreens pharmacy is. Usually a 30 minute wait, followed by a hang up or a disconnect. In this case I was routed to a National desk. They fixed whatever problem and readjusted pickup time to 4:43pm. I was a bit worried, because this 24 hour location now closes at 6, regardless of what the National desk says. I give them a little extra time and get in line at 5:30. The app says my 4:43 pickup is still “processing.” I’m 8 cars deep in the line. I noticed cars started moving quickly in front. This was concerning, because nothing ever happens quickly in a Walgreens drive thru. I get to the window and am told they are closed. It is exactly 6 pm. I’ve waited 30 minutes in line. I am very frustrated. This medicine I need! So I park and go inside. I inquire about my prescription. The pharmacist exclaims “We can’t just keep making exceptions! I get off at 6!” He checks my order and states it’s not ready and I’ll have to come back tomorrow. He then closes the roll up window in my face. I will never darken the doors of a Walgreens again. This is the 3304 Cypress St location in West Monroe, LA. I have never been treated so flippantly and rudely by any business, much less a pharmacy. Beyond frustrated.

10 cars at drive up window. The other outside drive up window is not open. I go in and there 12 people in line! Why is this and why do you only have one window open outside and only one window open inside? I’m pulling my business from them. By the way the employees are good and nice but company is a disaster!

This pharmacy is a joke. Worse customer service skills ever. Sat in the drive thru for 2 hours with screaming sleepy kids. From 7:00 til about 9 something waiting on my ADHD son’s medicine only to be told they didn’t have it but when I called before I came to the store technician told me it would be ready at 7:00. Then the store manager called me and told she was going to close out y prescription and I would have to take it somewhere else to have it filled because she was upset I raised my voice and sitting in a car with 3 screaming kids. I’ll never use this pharmacy again.

My doctor faxed a prescription over. THREE hours later I went to pick up the medication and was told my insurance would not pay for my medication because it was too soon to fill it. Seeing as how it is an antibiotic and. I have never taken the medication before I knew this was wrong. The person told me I would have to pay out of pocket and call my insurance company. I left and had .my prescription transfered to Brookshires and had no issue getting prescription filled. Customer service is a big deal to everyone. You will not keep customers if you do not listen to and assist them.

absolutely horrible!! doesn't even deserve one star!! store was closed for three days due to weather (considering it's a 24 hour pharmacy unacceptable!) waited another two day's after they finally opened and almost an hour in line only to be told they were out of my prescription! this is beyond unacceptable for a pharmacy!! hopefully no one is harmed due to their negligence

This is the WORST pharmacy is West Monroe. I got hung up on by a manager when I asked for her name. Walgreens is "supposed" to be a big chain pharmacy, but the store at 3304 Cypress St. West Monroe, LA IS GARBAGE! It doesn't even deserve a one star rating it deserves a negative 5! If you are a manager and I ask for your name and you hang up on me that tells me you know you're doing wrong! I will never do business there again no matter if I have to wait till the next day to get my children's medicine. I will be calling the home office and I will be sharing my experience with everyone and anyone I come in contact with. We were told our medicine would be ready by 10 PM or should I say my one and a half-year-old daughter's medicine my husband was there at the exact time and stood in line for over 30 minutes. With Walgreens being as big of a chain pharmacy as they are, if they need to hire more people then so be it! Worst experience ever! Will never go back. Most rude employees in the pharmacy I've ever experienced. Not to mention the last time I used Walgreens I was advised by a student pharmacist to refrigerate a medication for my 4 year old son which I later found out was not meant to be refrigerated. Should not be making those kind of mistakes if it was a different medication he could've killed someone.

Long wait at pharmacy but great and freindly staff
