We have given this company a high amount of business. However I am 10 days in for being Red Tagged and on the day of the scheduled installation I am told that the job is delayed to an "emergency".I have had my business shut down and they do not see the urgency of this issue. The price for the jobs start small and ALWAYS escalate.

I called to have my alarm services moved for my business to a new location. Don with United Automation met with me the same day to discuss our options and returned first thing the next morning with some amazing technicians for installation. My system works great and the customer service was top notch. If you need automation services give them a call!

Had the best experience with Cory and Dillon today! They were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The installation was seamless and they did a step by step walk through to educate me on the security process. They went a step further and told me about promotions and add on features such as fire and carbon monoxide detection that we plan to add to our system. Without their direction I would never have known about these features and would not have added them to our plan. I will ask for them in the future because of how wonderful this morning went! I recommend them to anyone looking for people you can trust and staff that goes above and beyond to help their customers! Great job guys!

Do not let these people into your home! Several small valuable items were stolen from my home during a recent service call. I just so happened to place these items in my home office on Thursday night. As a renter, I was not privy to the fact that a service call was scheduled for Friday until I received a call at work Friday from my property manager requesting access to the garage. The day after the service call, I noticed the attic door in my home office was ajar. As I went to investigate, I noticed several of the items I had left out were gone. As bad as this is, the follow up has been even worse. Management with United Automation rudely dismissed my landlord and property manager when the concerns were brought to their attention. As a pissed off victim, I then stepped in and left several messages for Brian with Angel. As of now, no one has been professional enough or respectful enough to call me back to discuss what happened.

Slimy Company that will act like you won a free system. Every alarm company in the world runs that fake program. They pay employees like crap and drive time is paid 1/2 of your hourly one way and nothing for return trip. which they pay employees in cash to cover up shit and I'd assume to save on taxs. Illegal! Honestly you would be better off with any other company. Have not worked there in over a year and thought people should know that you get what you pay for.

The staff and service were absolutely amazing. From the time i first called, all the way to the installation process, every single person was absolutely amazing, helpful and courteous . Our installatjon guy was Cory and he was extremely knowledgeable and was so sweet even though my children kept following him everywhere. My 4 year old is autistic a d really took a liking to Cory and thay is rare for him to like strangers. Cory didn't mind my son pulling at his pants leg or following him. This is definitely a great compnay with extraordinary people, and i am so glad that i chose them. The equipment is super high tech and they got us up and going immediately. I will recommend them to everyone!

I can not even begin to explain how amazing United Automation has been. Michelle has walked me through everything and wow is she amazing. The entire staff has amazing customer service and so polite. We will definitely sleep much better knowing we are monitored and secured by the best team. Also I have health problems that I am glad my children can push a button to get help to me in an instant. The world is becoming scarey but United Automation is here to help us all feel safe in our homes. Give them a call and protect your home and family.

My experience with having a new security system installed could not have been better. Tom came out to see what I wanted and then went over the options without pressuring me in any way. My son hung around while we discussed the options, and when Tom left, my son said, "He's really nice." Then Troy came in and installed it, and he did a great job. The office staff was very friendly and helpful too. All the people I had contact with were very professional and super friendly. I highly recommend United Automation to all my friends and family! Thank you, Brian, for providing such a wonderful service!!!

United Automation is a first class business. I previously had a system installed by a company, now out of business, and it was a nightmare!! Brian and his guys not only came in and installed a top notch system; they did it behind a mess!!! The techs are sharp and the ladies in the office keep everything running very smoothly! I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Brian and the United Automation team to anyone looking for a grade A security system.
