I have been using Susan for my nails since the 90's... wonderful nail technician. In response to the lady who walked in last min and expected service, go to the mall... if someone doesn't have time, they simply don't have time! That's not them being rude, you ma'am are the rude one for this review. It's a small salon and they can only fit so many appointments in a day. If you want service, call ahead and make an appointment and in the chance you can be seen as a walk in, feel very grateful. I love Susan's~

Susan does a good job, but she is not punctual!! I had a 9:00AM appointment and she did not get to the salon until 9:25. I waited in the cold! I've also had several appointments at 3:30 and been expected to wait 30-40 minutes because she started on another customer just before I got there. I have Always been on time. My time is very valuable, too! Do Not go here if you expect your time to be valued.

Great place! I called 30 minutes before close and she still invited me to come. Even with closing time approaching she took her time, was very polite, and delicate. Most others I've encountered in the area have been very rude, so I highly recommend Susan!! She does an excellent job!
