I just want to commend the Ruston store for their friendliness, cleanliness, selection of items and professionalism. I learned last night that all Super 1's are not created equal and I won't take our hometown store for granted after my visit to the location on Cypress St. in West Monroe. I'll definitely never go back to that store. The cashier and front end manager were very rude and unprofessional. The cashier, Dylan, informed the elderly gentleman behind me that his lane was closed after the man had already placed half his items on the belt and made him go to a different register. Then, took the next man that had fewer items. Disgraceful. Also the manager, Allison, would not give me a rain check on the whole chickens sale price. She told me she was instructed not to give rain checks on items that had sold out; even though I explained to her the very nice meat dept lady (I didn't get her name) told me I could get a rain check since they did not actually sell out but never received them on the truck. I'll say again, all Super 1's are not created equal and I'm very appreciative of the one in Ruston.

Love the staff here. They are always warm and welcoming. They allow me and my therapy dog, Tiger, to shop without any hassle. Thank y’all for being my favorite local grocery!

unprofessional and unhealthy. They were trying to sell an opened package of meat during their morning shift last week. They have buggies and buggies full of expired food. Handfuls of different products are over a year old. They leave all the expired food at the back of the shelves and just put new food in front of it instead of taking the food down, putting their customers at health risks.

The new store director is condescending and rude. Other managers also treat their workers like garbage and talk to them like they are toddlers. They do not support our troops, seeing how they fire them for attending military services and no longer have the military discount. This place has crashed in morale since Mr. Tim has left. The workers look like they hate being there and barely make eye contact with the customers.

Man love love love it here when they have those 3day deals or sale I'm there I got family pack wings for 4 and 6 dollars 3pk of new York steaks for 11 to 15 dollars
