Dr. Caldwell and his nurses had fantastic bedside manner to make me feel at ease with all procedures. He even took my father and I to his computer to show and explain to us the x-rays regarding my pneumonia. Again, he was thorough in showing and explaining my diagnoses, and even more thorough in treatment (I.e., cross checking medications to make sure they wouldn't interfere with one another or the medication I currently am taking) and answering my questions. I truly hate that I can't make him my general practitioner. Would recommend he, his team, and St. Francis Family Practice to anyone in need of immediate care.

There was a bit of a wait, although it was the day after Christmas. They even sent me a text saying what time my app was scheduled for. The staff was absolutely so sweet considering they were running their butts off in there. And super busy, people everywhere in the lobby. I Had great service & was very well taken care of. Thank you st.francis urgent care!!

Highly recommend St Francis Urgent Care on Cypress St in West Monroe. Everyone is helpful and so friendly. The doctor is very thorough with his treatment and testing. He also takes the time to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

The staff was wonderful. They all were kind and friendly but still professional. There was hardly any wait at all through the process. They explained everything to me in a way I understood (cellulitis of right orbit - 376.01). The discharge instruction were printed for me and thoroughly explained).

The Drs and Nurses there are heroes. Evidently this flu season was one of the worst ever and more than half the waiting room was children. Without people like the ones on staff at the urgent care facility many parents would have no option for fast and convenient care. Thanks a ton.

They were great understanding and caring they did not make u feel rushed or that u were a bothering them when I asked questions they explained everything and took time to listen ..really enjoyed our experience their hated that the kids were sick but glad that we had such an amazing doctor and staff that took care of us ..

Even though the wait was long... it made you not mind. The staff was so courteous, had such caring attitude and apologetic about the wait even though it wasn't there fault. It was just extremely busy. The PA...Bernie was AWESOME!!! Thanks to the entire staff.

I recently found out that billing changed my diagnosis so they could charge me more. When I told the dr it was looked up and verified that their billing changed it. Cost me $580. GREEDY. There should be laws to protect consumers from this. They just decided the dr was wrong about my diagnosis and I should pay more so let’s change it up. Katie and the staff are great. But greed in the back office has taken over.
