This is the best place in the Twin cities to buy beautiful jewelry. I had 2 rings fixed that I wasn't sure they could be fixed. I can't say it enough what a absolutely beautiful job he done. I also bought a ring and he sized it for me. The price was so fair that I was shocked. Honestly if I had taken it to another jeweler it would have been twice as much. The nice lady who works there called me to make sure to give me an update and an estimate. I highly recommend Showcase Jewelry and the service was great. Mother passed away was left some really nice ring spoke to the owner on the phone and explained we was trying to raise money to take care of mothers exspense at the funeral home my mother has done business with her for years she made are had rings made for my mom for years she should be ashamed of her self greedy woman told us that my mothers ring was worth gold weight only offered 800 dollars for 10 rings that mother paid well over 70,000 would like to thank the owners of flairs on Louisville ave for being so amazing not only did the ladies show us what the rings was worth they also made a donation to the funeral home to help the family out thank u ladies with all are hearts and the sad part mom had all the receipts in her lock box showing how much she paid and yes they came from there 60,000 dollars and she told us she could only pay 800 dollars in gold weight wouldn’t ever go back that’s sad

I bought a pair of 14 carat diamond earrings from them and it was the worst jewelry decision I made. First of all, I found out there was no return policy for jewelry purchased. I paid $599.00 for my earrings and the post used to hold the diamonds has infected my ears several times. So I wasted ,$599 plus tax on earrings that infects my ears due to the sharp pointed post.

Store owner is nice and wants to help you instead of making a sale she als knows a lot about the jewelry market and will tell you specifics of jewelry if you ask. Visiting all of the other stores in town it seems as she has the best prices as well. It was overall a great experience - G
