Sampson‘s family medicine answering service is very rude. I called during business hours 5:48 PM. Their operation hours are supposedly 730 to 6 PM Monday through Saturday Sunday 12 PM to 6 pm. They switched their phones over to the answering service early. When I spoke to the answering service lady I asking what is the operating hours. she hung up on me and was rude before she hung up, she gave me advice to knock on the door to see if someone was inside the office, and I did and saw somebody was inside, but they would not come to the door. So if you expect to get off of work at five, go pick up your child and arrive to the office before they’re closing hours they will not see you.

Horrible service. You will not see a Dr. The PA called me to the back and wouldn't do my physical until I gave him 100$. This place is shady AF. Go elsewhere for real help.

NEVER AGAIN, I could and probably should for review sake (go into details) but I’m just exhausted and done from my first and last experience, bringing our 9 year old daughter here, that I just refuse to talk about it anymore!!
However, I will say JUST KEEP DRIVING!

Clean, fast, affective. Great people, great staff, very friendly and open 7 days a week. No complaints. Thank you for always giving my children and I the care and appropriate medicine necessary to be healthy and feel better fast.

My husband and I were patients for 6yrs until recently when we had to find another PCP. Sanson Family is the absolute BEST! I’m praying that they start doing primary care again. So kind and patient with my husband. Everyone there from the front to the back are wonderful.

I see a lot of 1and 5star swinging from the worst service to great. Honestly it's hit or miss.. I've had great experiences and some of the worst. The front staff has been very rube before and other times very professional. I think it's just whoever is working that day and same with the doctors. Either way if you need a doctor because your super sick and need a shot that day then this is the place to go.

You always have it too strong, sent in the building, I can't handle it, and a rude, very rude black lady, the lady, is always not friendly

I've been a patient here since 2014. Now I've got to switch doctors, and that's fine. But I went in for a refill (I haven't established a new PCP just yet). This could not wait, and the doctor was only able to write a prescription for 2 weeks instead of a month or 3 months. Again, that's fine. I'm not too fussy. I should've handled my business and found a new doctor by now, but life happens. I have 4 kids, and my needs tend to take a backseat to everything else.Now, I was very appreciative that the doctor was willing to do 2 weeks on this medication instead of turning me away. But last night, when I tried to pick up my medication from the pharmacy, I found myself in a BAD situation. Either the doctor never called in the medication, or he called it into the wrong pharmacy! Today is Thanksgiving. I can't get my medicine, I can't see a doctor, I can't do anything. I also can't function without my medicine.So thank you to the staff at Sanson's. Happy Thanksgiving! As you enjoy the holiday with your families, I will be in bed, sick, unable to spend time with my family. My mother-in-law just picked up my kids so they could go celebrate with everyone. You've ruined my Thanksgiving. I just hope I dont end up in the ER while waiting for you to fix this! This is pure negligence. Now, i feel much better about switching to a new doctor.

I can not count the times I have been here and have been made to feel uncomfortable because the front staff and nurses like to joke and be disrespectful and rude. Especially the red headed one with the Curly hair. One time she asked me a question and as I was answering her she turned away and was laughing and talking with the other nurse. I felt like everything I said was insignificant. Other than that, no matter what you are sick with. , they won't tell you what it is anymore. You have some kind of "virus". We know more about what we have than they do.

I was hesitant to to go Dr. Sanson’s after reading the reviews, but Dr. Sanson and his staff have been so friendly every time we’ve come in. They’re so patient with my 1 year old. They didn’t get mad when we came in after I had to work over (they were fixing to close), and they treated us the same as any other time. We’ve had short wait times every time, and they listen to all your concerns- even as a young mom, which most doctors would discredit you for. I recommend Dr. Sanson to anyone needing to be taken care of in a timely manner.

My wife went there last Thursday-they gave her a blood test and a urine test and was diagnosed with a UTI infection and then the so called Doctor went over the meds she was allergic too and one was sulfur and then he prescribed a med that contained sulfur-now just is wrong with that picture-wow-she broke out with blisters inside her mouth-ran fever and had diarrhea-called back up there today and they told her to leave a message with the nurse-u guessed it not a call back from nurse so the best thing I think just go to the Affinity Health group where they have real Doctors and people who actually care about your health-update:I actually had to go there today-3-2-22 and they refused to see me-now they have decided not to take any new Medicare patients but keep in mind this is a walk in clinic that refuses to take patients-I had not been there in 4 years so I am considered a new patient-WOW-stay away from this facility-Dan M BrunsonUpdate:8-4-2023-I see now they have a new commercial on tv and now they are excepting just about everything-must have lost business over there policy to refuse Medicare patients and I did report them and I will continue to do so until they stop there false advertising and see patients that need medical treatment and quit turning away Medicare patients
