Lisa and the staff were nice. Nick was able to install my aftermarket monitor that I bought online, and we know buying from those is always 50/50. The product I bought online is iffy but he was able to make it work, install and make it fit just the way I want it. No complaints, they know what they’re doing, and has the confidence to actually pull it off. Will be doing business with them again. ?

Called to get advice on installing a radio in my son truck but was informed if we didn't buy equipment from them the tech didn't have time to advise. I will not be using this business to put a system in my brand new bronco .

I got a window stripped and re-tinted. 3 weeks later there were 3-4 spots that the tint was messed up. Went back on a Saturday, set appointment for Monday. Went Monday the tint guy told me there’s nothing that can be done about it. So he screwed it up and wasn’t willing to make it rt. Went rt down the road to magic tint and they told me in fact it can be fixed and fixed my issue. DO NOT USE PO CONCEPTS FOR TINT! They have 0 Intergrity!

They don't do what they say they will. Had to drop off car early in the morning. By noon, nothing had been done. Why couldn't I just bring it at noon? Very unorganized and also the highest prices around. I don't mind paying for good work and good service. They don't have it there.
