My boyfriend and his son broke down on the way home from Bastrop on Saturday November 21. They called me, I go to Bastrop, I contact my Roadside assistance and they advise me they have contacted Plunk's and they gave them an ETA of 2 hours roughly before they can arrive. That's fine, I get it, it's way out there. 2.5 hours later, I call Plunk's and ask for an ETA. They say, oh that call was cancelled, your credit card didn't go through, you'll have to call your Roadside back and request again. Infuriated, I call my Roadside back because I had just recently paid off the credit card I used so knew there was NO way it had been declined. My Roadside assistance informs me that it was not cancelled on their end and they place me on hold and call Plunks, who informs them they have no drivers available. So they couldn't have told me that when I called?!? Or told the Roadside when they asked them in the first place instead of leaving me sitting on the side of the road in Bastrop for nearly 3 hours?!!?!? I do not recommend these liars for ANYTHING. DO NOT USE. RUN THE OTHER WAY.

DO NOT trust these people! They are like leech, use ur ignorance to drain all ur money! When my car was being towed, I told the truck driver that I want to tow to a body shop. He convinced me with some insurance statements. Told me how much it costs to tow the car, but NEVER mentioned the storage fees. After hurricane, I called, the manager picked up the phone, didn't tell me I can pick up the car but their office is not open. When I went picking up after weekend, they charged me extra storage fees, $25 per day! These people just want ur money. They don't straight up with u but try to get as much $$ as possible from you.

I’ve used Plunk’s several times over the years and they’ve always been top notch. I just had to go pick up a box of things for a friend who totaled their car and they actually helped me carry the stuff out to my car in the rain. That deserves some recognition.

Had an issue today. Mr. Brian handled it exceptionally my well. Thank you for understanding where I'm coming from. And for dealing with it. This company cares and they don't want their drivers putting you in harm's way. Was nice to know someone else actually knew the new law about pulling beside cars at stop signs or stopping point in road ways. Thank you for the chat. Hope your guys are safe out there and don't see to much bad this holiday season.

My son had his Hyundai in for body repairs to the fender. Mike and team did an excellent job at a reasonable price. They went above and beyond in every regard. Highly recommended.

Yesterday out of anger I posted a very uncomplimentary review. I have to say I was wrong and I am very sorry for acting before I considered the consequences of my actions. Mike called me before 5:00 p.m., apologized for the delay and assured me I would have my truck today. He was a man of his word and I appreciate his efforts. The completed body work is outstanding! Please disregard my comments made in haste yesterday. Plunk's indeed went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.

I was traveling to Carlsbad, NM from Forest City, NC pulling my 5th wheel camper and had a tire blowout. They were the only ones willing to help me in this situation in the whole county! They responded immediately and had me back on the road in no time. For this I will be forever grateful. Those who pull campers for work or leisure know what a blessing this is and I will most definitely be spreading the word in my industry. Thanks again Brian and Plunks Wrecker Service ♥

Recently I had an accident in Vicksburg . Roy came and got the truck. Mike and his crew repaired it. The job they did was amazing, it looks brand new. Mr. Louis was very helpful and friendly . These guys are the best in the business and very professional . The way I was treated goes beyond words. Thanks guys. Would recommend to anyone highly and without hesitation .
