This gym is nice clean and wow the staff is so FREINDLY. The knew trainer is kind and helpful. Im so grateful for personal trainer Faith. Her desire to help me and strong work ethic. Everyone deserves the chance to be fit, strong and happy. Planet Fitness rocks. 5 stars?Good to clean machines after use. to wipe the touch areas too. Was a sanitizing lead at McDonald’s. Forever now, i have been having issues with this club, and the staff has been zero help solving my issues or being friendly/kind about it. I've always been met with a nasty attitude or cutting me off and just never hearing me out. Today that changed, and i'm giving 5 starts because of how friendly and kind Nic was! He understood my frustration, and was so so respectful hearing me out! Kudos to him! I hope he has a great week, and keeps his friendly respectful attitude! We need more people like him in the customer service industry!

After a year and two months off from my work, chemotherapy, radiation, two surgeries, and being cleared 100% cancer free, it was great to find Planet Fitness. They have a wide variety of equipment that no one has to stand in line. Plenty of trainers are always around with the knowledge to help you get the work out that you need. I love this gym, its spotless and always a great atmosphere. I never feel like I don't belong because I am heavier. The staff are so nice. They always greet me and say goodbye and aks if everything was good! That matters to me. When your staff makes sure your customers matter they don't leave for another gym.

It's a great place to go and would recommend to anyone. Only thing I'd suggest is planet fitness making it easier to cancel memberships when people can no longer get into the gym as much as needed to continue paying the membership fees.

The showers are the nastiest showers I have ever seen in a Planet Fitness. Mold is growing on the curtain. The mold is fuzzy, green, and black.
