My husband and I have heard great things about this place so we decided to check them out. My husband called ahead of time to see if they were able to do an alignment on his F-350 super duty. They assured him they could get him in. Once he got there and checked in he waited an hour and a half for them to come tell him that his truck was too big to fit on the machine. We had my wife's Audi Q5's oil changed today at Parker Tire & Alignment and it was a great experience! Reasonably priced and they were very friendly and professional. We were having to drive to Shreveport for maintenance and we are SO glad to find a local place who will do maintenance on imports like Audi. Thanks so much!

My husband noticed that my 2023 vehicle was drifting to the right, and we had a road trip coming up!! I called Parker, and they got me in for an alignment that day! What a relief to get my vehicle serviced on such short notice, and it was a breeze for them to do it to! I appreciate the quick work and enjoy the peace of mind of knowing my car isn't driving crooked.
