WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE!! Initially, I was working with Kayla, who couldn’t tell me which of the three credit bureaus they’d be using for my credit check. Since I have a security freeze in place, she suggested I unlock all three. True professionals would KNOW, not GUESS! Too, she said it would be a “soft pull”, indicating it wouldn’t show up on my credit file as an inquiry; I FIND THIS VERY HARD TO BELIEVE! In my twenty-one years in the car business, when we checked someone’s credit file for credit worthiness, it was ALWAYS a “hard pull”, meaning it would show up on their credit file as an inquiry. Dishonest sales people tend to use the “soft pull” ploy to minimize people’s concern regarding their credit scores. Again, VERY SUSPECT!!She was reluctant to order the phone I wanted, saying they should receive one in the next couple of days. When I asked, she said they had no way to check and see when one might be arriving. She said they’d contact me when the phone I wanted arrived. I received a call from her manager the following morning saying they’d received it. I told him I’d unlock my credit files to allow them access, and would be in later that afternoon to complete the transaction. When I arrived, Kayla approached me and sheepishly explained that the phone I’d been promised had been sold. She said they could order one instead. Remember, I’d suggested ordering one the previous evening and been dissuaded from doing so! Out of frustration, I asked to speak with her manager. I was then introduced to Liminsky, the same person who’d called me that morning to say my phone had arrived! He then proceeded to interrupt me and try to talk over me when I was attempting to explain my position. I ultimately left without doing business with them. WHAT A COMPLETE CIRCUS!!The only reason I’m giving them one star for this review is because zero or negative stars are not an option!
