Called for an estimate told the guy I just wanted to know “ABOUT” how much a typical paint job on a truck would cost. I know people are very hesitant of giving price quotes over the phone and I’m understanding of that. I do however usually pressure people into telling me what something costs on average. I’ve never had a truck painted, this is for a work truck that my family owns, and I have no idea if it usually costs $300 to paint a truck or $15,000. I simply didn’t know. I explained this to the guy on the phone and added that if he could just tell me what he’s charged someone in the past for a body job on an f-250 that would be enough. So the guy just hangs up in my face!! Now I know that most businesses are responsible for the prices they quote and that’s fine but you don’t have to hang up in my face! A simple, “sorry quoting prices over the phone is against our company policy” was all that was needed. Idk how good their work is but their customer service is lacking!

Mr. Bubba and his staff are great. They listen to what you tell them, they are great with vehicles knowledge and body work. I really give them an A+++.
