Car got severely damaged in the recent hailstorm. Called the shop and got in within a day. It took about a month for them to finish, but I can say my car looks brand new (and this is after about 11k worth of damage). Would definitely recommend this shop for any damages!

Friendly professional staff and excellent quality work. If you need auto body work this is the place to go. We have had a few vehicles repaired here over the past few years and never disappointed.

Sloppy work, rude, unprofessional.I did not read other reviews. Apparently others have had the same experience.I have walked into this business multiple times recently since I dropped my car off. Every person I have encountered has been extremely rude and unprofessional. Pass this body shop on and go to the next.I don’t understand. My husband and I own two businesses. Very satisfied with my car repair!! My car was very clean on the outside & inside. Excellent detail service. Prompt turn around time of repair with continuous updates on my vehicle. I received text messages daily which I loved!! My car was repaired & ready for pick up before the estimated date!! Business property & interior setting was clean. I wouldn't use Ken's body shop because he only touches cars and trucks and 1 boat from my best friend Scott boat but he want do other people in our community unless it's a insurance claim so he can jack the price up and that's sad insurance no different than cash sad part is he for got where he came from I remember when he was small time my grandfather got his car painted there and he paid cash I wouldn't use Ken because all he cares about insurance claims not the people trying to pay cash .I wouldn't give him a star

I dealt with Justin when my car was hit by a deer, yes the deer hit me. He was fast to give me information when I asked and also made me aware of previous quick “fixes” from past work from another company. Very grateful for everyone that works there and got my car up and running like new!Services: Body & Trim

Stopped by Kens on 12-17 around 10 AM to have my wife’s SUV looked at for an estimate. Photos were taken and two forms were signed for us to bring the vehicle on 12-27 to get repaired. Arrived at 8 AM, Justin asked if I was dropping off a vehicle. I told him our name and vehicle and nothing could be found on it. After searching he found the form in a back office and said there wasn’t a date on it. He then processed to get on the computer to see if parts had been ordered. Nothing had been ordered (probably because they didn’t fill out the form). He said someone had missed work, and that’s why it must have not got ordered. Yet there was at least 5 business days that the parts could have gotten ordered before the holiday. There was never an apology for the inconvenience for my wife and I juggling the kids and work to drop off our car (that was never a priority for them anyways). He called me twice afterwards to try to “help me”. I asked for a discount for the inconvenience (would have been an extra two trips to town) he said his boss said there’s no money being made on such a little job so they couldn’t. Bumper replacement on an insurance paid job.

I had several shops to choose from and I called several and talked to them. Ken's assured me that they do great work so I chose them. There were understandable delays due to COVID-19 so it took almost two months to get my car repaired... but it wasn't repaired correctly. My hood was replaced, paint is chipping all over it, the door was replaced, it doesn't shut correctly, the paint is mismatched, they blamed that on a previous repair but I'm pretty sure it's never had a previous repair. The headlight was replaced but it was the wrong part number so my lights don't work right. (The headlight module won't communicate with the computer so lights work sometimes they don't). Not happy with the whole experience. The office manager seems combative in conversation, not friendly. This volkswagon repair was out of their league. I won't choose Ken's again.

I am very pleased with the body and paint work that Ken's shop did after a deer ran into the side of my car. I am also impressed with the clean delivery of my car, both inside and outside.

Ken's Body Shop did an awesome job on my car! Since I just moved here I was very skeptical about taking my car anywhere but I read a few reviews so I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did! I got great customer service, they answered all my questions and handled everything with my insurance. I would totally go back to them for any autobody work.
