I had to get both front struts and back shocks replaced. Jim's Auto worked with me to schedule a day when I could drop off the car first thing they opened and have it fixed same day. My car runs like a dream now. The guys know what they're doing, and their customer service is impeccable. I cannot recommend them enough.

I've taken five different vehicles of ours to him and they have repaired them all with quality at a fair price. Even had him tell us he didn't recommend we go to the cost of quieting our squeaking brakes ..I've never had a mechanic recommend NOT fixing something. Jim is the best there is! Fair pricing with quality that stands behind all his work. (Can't say that for the shop down the road across from Avant rd)Highly recommend Jim's!

Place is a joke was told to stop on by next morning my wife arrived and dude wouldn't look at it and said we were supposed to call would have been nice to know next time say that instead of having my wife drive all the way there to waste our time. Beware they are not about they're word and clearly pick and choose.

Very impressed. Pulled-in to see if they could help me with a dash warning light that had been on 3 days. I’m a female but also have an extensive auto background. I had already checked what I could. I was waiting for the typical “ pretty female run-around”, Didn’t get this here. Very friendly, inviting, caring business. Diagnosed problem, cleared computer, most likely change in weather related, but if not — this needs replacing and quote given. All this in 15 mins. — Charge ? No charge, ma’am.Wow! I had/have some issues with my F150. I went in to Mr. Jim’s office and he took the time to listen to my issue and help me come up with some remedies. He was very kind, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable on the issues I’ve been experiencing. Highly recommend his services! He’s an honest mechanic that goes the extra distance to help solve your problems not just get into your pocketbook!

My brother in law took his truck to Jim's. Jim refused to work on it. Cussed him and even cussed the tow truck driver. All because he didn't like the person my brother in law bought the truck from.
