I have gotten my taxes done at H&R Block ever since I started working at 18.. I'm in my 30s now.. I went to this location and when we were done with my taxes right before we starting signing to submit, I realized it was very off bc it was less than half of what I normally get. Then she stated child tax credit was less. I said noo not by that much. Questioned it again, and she got aggressive with me and said no it's right. Guess what... it's not, there was a whole child that somehow vanished from that return... now I'm waiting 16-20 weeks for an amended return that I shouldn't even hVe to do bc someone wouldn't listen to a CUSTOMERS CONCERN. I come to yall so I don't have to do them and take up my time of the day bc i work so much.., but for now on, I'll do them myself. ?
