“The hotel has seen better days, but it still does the work, like an old oak tree. The front desk person was super friendly and helpful. We hadn't made a reservation but the check-in process was really fast, she was awesome. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, but the beds were kind of soft, so not quite comfortable. The checkout process was fast :D”
“I'd say for cost and price Stay away. For being a max tier bw member this is not great. $159+ a night. Beds hard. No extra anything. Used soap. Dirty sheets. Dirty beds. Bathroom fan started smoking when turned on. I'd keep going Monroe area is not safe anyways.”
“I’m a frequent stayer at Motel 6 in West Monroe ! My husband travels for work doing fiber optics. I’m alone most of the time threw out the day until late in the evenings some times with my teenage daughter, the staff always welcomes us warmly and makes us feel safe ! Michelle the night time receptionists is always very helpful and never fails to make me laugh at check in! I saw previously someone had made a negative comment about her and I’d like to say she does her job and she doesn’t bend the rules for nobody and that sometimes causes people to be ugly towards you. Over all I choose Motel 6 over most of the high end hotels around this city I’ve only found this ginuwine hospitality at the motel 6 in west Monroe . Everywhere else likes to charge an arm and a leg for rooms that are barley decent. Motel 6 is the place to stay

“Stayed here on a road trip after getting too sleepy to keep driving. It was easy to get to from the interstate, and the area isn't too busy.
Room was nice size, not the cleanest. It was quiet, and I could get a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was $15 per person, so we didn't try it. I tried to chat with the employees so I could get extra pillows because they only put 3 on the bed. I got no answer until the next day though. I'd stay here again if I needed to, but I wouldn't go out of my way to.
Nearby activities: Very close to the expo center and entertainment center that has bowling, laser tag, etc.”
“I’ve read other reviews. I’m quite picky on where I stay. I have to say, my room was clean, no bugs and no stains. Had an issue with the shower, next day, it was fixed.A special thank you to ms Kelly. I was starting to think that customer service was a gone. Ms Kelly nailed it! Awesome lady who actually takes time to answer questions and direct you to where you want to go. Can not say enough good about her”
