Best place to stay in the Twin Cities! In Perfect location!.. Reasonable prices too. And the breakfast is so delicious!

Room is nice; but $4 is way too much for water or a soda.. (everything labeled as $4 or higher it seems) not cool

Always great service. Always clean. But rooms, hallways, lobby and landscaping in need of major rehabilitation.

No breakfast.
Never have I stayed at any similar hotel in the United States where breakfast wasn’t included.
The water is brown. BROWN. Rust in the shower. Room needs some work.
I need a shower after my shower.
The room seemed clean enough. Wasn’t there for more than a few hours.
The bed is not very comfortable, but not completely awful. Pillows were decent. It's not the worst stay, but not the greatest either.

We checked in after a long drive to find our bathroom awful urine all around the bottom of the toilet. Rust in the bathtub, we had to shut the fridge off because it was making an awful racket. Bed was like sleeping on the floor. We travel from Virginia to Texas at least twice a year this was the worst hilton I stayed at . Water was yellow no regular coffee in the room . I was very disappointed this is not a normal Hilton quality.

Right across from Ike Hamilton Expo center. Great location for horse people.

Listen, I know it wasn’t a luxury property. But I didn’t expect the low quality that was this property. The water from the shower and bathroom faucet had a yellow tint (so did the toilet bowl), the shower was cracked with a really shoddy repair job, the beds creaked like we were gonna break them just laying on them, the walls are super thin - you can hear the neighboring rooms talk/watch tv, and the room ac system was so loud we barely got any sleep. Just… skip this hotel when you’re looking for an overnight stop on a roadtrip. The only thing that was redeemable about this place was location off the highway.

Stayed here on a road trip after getting too sleepy to keep driving. It was easy to get to from the interstate, and the area isn't too busy.
Room was nice size, not the cleanest. It was quiet, and I could get a good night's sleep. Breakfast buffet was $15 per person, so we didn't try it. I tried to chat with the employees so I could get extra pillows because they only put 3 on the bed. I got no answer until the next day though. I'd stay here again if I needed to, but I wouldn't go out of my way to.
Nearby activities: Very close to the expo center and entertainment center that has bowling, laser tag, etc.

Comfortable bed. A little noisy with a packed hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, West Monroe, LA 9/26 - 9/28. I was ate up by bed bugs. My daughter took pics of the bites on my body. I informed the lady at the front desk and left my information for the manager to contact me. No call was ever received. On September 30th, I called Customer Service and informed them of the bed bugs and they transferred my call 3 times and finally to someone back at the hotel. The lady I spoke with informed me that they received my complaint and scheduled Ecolab to come out to test the beds and it should be done by the end of the week and someone would call me. Still no call was received from management. October 10th I called customer service again and the gentleman informed me there was no complaint by me for that hotel 🤔. I received an email 2 days later stating Customer Service does not handle bed bug issues. October 15th, I personally go to the hotel to speak with the General Manager and he is not available. They would not give me his information and the lady at the front desk said to me, “ oh you the lady that made the complaint on the first floor, well Ecolab didn’t find anything”. She was very unprofessional. I asked if the manager could call me and I still haven’t received a call…

Beds were very uncomfortable and it felt flimsy. I honestly thought it was going to break on me if I moved. I did not sleep well at all here. Stayed at 2 other hotels on this trip and didn't have an issue sleeping at any of the other hotels.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and good. Beds were uncomfortable and felt flimsy.

I booked a walk in roller shower room thru Priceline for my handicapped mom, and i received a regular handicap shower. It was a chore trying to shower my mom in there because she is not mobile. The room I payed for cost more than the room they gave me. I called priceline n they told me that I would have to go thru the hotel to have this resolved. t I explained this to the check in clerk n she said that she would not be able to credit my $ back 2 me and would need to refer me to the manager.
As of yet i have not received a call back to refund my $ on the roll in shower room i paid for on priceline. The hotel is very nice on the outside n lobby. The rooms are very dated. The shower door would not close. The sofa bed felt like sleeping on mattress springs without padding. The chair and sofa were old and stained. The microwave worked but the timer did not wrk, you had to stop it on ur own or it would keep cooking your food n drinks. The sheets on the bed were stained. This hotel was not worth $550 for 2 days. We will not be staying here again, and hopefully if you are reading my review, you will not either. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast.
I am very disappointed in Hilton Garden Inn in West Monroe, La 2 say the least...
