I've lived here for over 10 years. It's not the best place to live, nor the worst place to live, but it's a roof over my and my family's head. It is what to expect from a place that is funded by the Government (USDA HUD/Rental Asst) and Income Contingent Rent. Could the Property Management Company do a better job at how they take care of their property? Yes, definitely. But I'm not holding my breath for anything fancy at this place. It ain't the Ritz Carlton. Much better than a 40+ year old Tin Can Trailer like I USED to live in and the "landlord" isn't a sleeze ball creep.It's in a decent area, quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves, but also looks out for one another. Maybe every once in a while something happens.....like every blue moon. But it's not all the time.We are all at or below Poverty Level here, we are in the same boat as far as I'm concerned. We just want to live peacefully .

PLEASE DO NOT LEASE HERE!! They will not fix anything! They will not fix doors, they will not fix your air, they will not call you back or follow up with you, they will claim you didn’t pay rent, they will never apologize and they will never do right. I had 3 property managers there since I been living there I was there for 4 years

Slumlords. Been waiting to transfer for 3 and half months. People selling drugs and domestic violence, police called SEVERAL times, black mold and disgusting in our kitchen cabinets, water pressure absurdly high, have had 3 different managers since we've moved in because they all quit, stove has shortages, washers and dryer in laundry mat break all the time and still some broken. Our clothes caught on fire in their laundry mat and shrunk lost half our clothes. AND THEY HAVEN'T DONE A SINGLE THING. DO NOT RENT.
