I ordered to games from them to be delivered and they never were. They offered a service and failed to deliver on it. I paid cash and they wouldn't refund my cash only gave store credit. None of which were explained before purchase.

Every time I go here they decide to randomly close for a period of time!! Right now I am waiting to get in because they decided to close for an HOUR what kind of business does that!

I have been through five boxes one S every one of my get from GameStop the HDMI port has always broke on me. I got one one time before that said overheating and I feel like they should have to refund me some of my money or give me a free Xbox.

I went to the first one to sell a phone I was told it was too close to closing go to west monroe. West monroe proceeded to tell me they would not honor the online price because that was only if you mailed in your phone. I emailed gamestop and they don't take mail in phones so I went back to first store the following day they couldn't help because there system was down as usual. I finally went to ecoatm who offered more than gamestop. Gamestop offered me $50 for a brand new iPhone 12 mini there online offer was $183. When I emailed they told me gamestop would honor the price just bring the email with me but in no way were they worried about the way there employees treated me amd there disregard for the posted closing hours.

This location has lost a star because of a change in management. Currently, the new manager doesn't seem to have any interest in gaming, which is fine, but it does hurt the experience a bit. Talking shop about older and upcoming games is something I miss from the last manger, Amanda. Other than that, they have a great selection of games and merchandise that should appeal to every type of gamer.

Lady at the front helped us out tremendously. Went looking for a game and ended up getting that one and another. I'd definitely recommend coming to take a look at their selection they have a good thing going here.

Rarely go here now. Way more convenient buying your games on your system and let it download. Avoid all lines or possible sell outs. Pretty pricey place too. There are ways to find what you're looking for that doesn't involve this place.
