I had them redo my flooring in November 2021. The quarter Round install was horrendous. They were pieced and had multiple DEEP nail holes in EVERY room they laid the plank flooring. Instead of offering to redo them or sending someone else out they gave me my $$ back. Which would have been ok, but when the installer removed the quarter round he ripped it all out quickly and tore sheetrock. So, we had to go back with actual baseboards and spend more $$. Also, From Day 1 there was a plank that was gapped & over time others gapped around it. We went back and forth for 15-18 months. He would send the installer back to try and fix it. Several different times they gave me various reasons why it was NOT the installers fault, but something to do with my home. In the end he did ordered planks to redo it, but then told me I had moisture issues and wouldn't touch it until we fixed them. We Called out an inspector and he could find nothing wrong with the house. He did find issues with the install of the floors. The owner of Floorworks, Lew, called in the plank mfg rep. Again, according to them our house “issues” were blamed and they refused to relay the flooring.
I hired another contractor to lay the flooring. It is perfect with no gapping. I have waited MONTHS to write this review to make sure it did not gap. It has not gapped & is still as it should be after hiring someone else.

Just had two bedrooms recarpeted, one bedroom with laminate flooring, and carpets restretched in two other rooms. Kaeley was a delight to work with. The installers were wonderful. They were efficient, courteous, professional--and they vacuumed everything when they finished. I am thrilled with the results.

Doesn't seem to care if the customer is satisfied or not. Brandon is a hard worker and did the best he could. He had zero support from his boss. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
