FCC is our go to when our PCP can't see us . The staff is always friendly,and genuine. On my latest visit, they went above,and beyond. From the procedure,to helping with my insurance,and Miranda calling several times ,just to check on me. I highly recommend FCC!

I have been going to FCC for several years now. I am never disappointed when I see them. They are always friendly and seem genuinely concerned about me and my health. And when I am sick, that is exactly what I want. I cannot say enough good things about FCC. They get my absolute highest recommendation.

This has got to be the worst place to come if you are sick. An hour wait in the waiting room and so far an hour wait in a room and still have not seen anyone. Don’t suggest anyone come here if you are in a hurry.

Had a great experience with the nurse, Abigail and the NP, Miranda. They were super kind by listening to my concerns. They also had me in and out Feeling lots better thanks to these ladies!

3 hours and counting…., I’m 46 years old and I’ve never had to wait over an hour to be seen and after a 2.5 hour waiting room sit, my wife was called to the back (probably because I became impatient and asked what the hold up was). Now it’s been 47 more minutes. I just don’t understand how it can take 3+ hours.

Very friendly staff In the front office. Nurses are wonderful, very sweet and caring. NP’s and doctors do a great job taking care of their patients. They explain their plan of care well and always are willing to take their time with the patients. I would choose this clinic for my urgent care needs.

Very warm and welcoming environment. Loved how clean the clinic was. The staff was great! I'll have to say Erica was my favorite though. She's that person you don't know, but feels like you've known forever. There was also a young nurse practitioner in training and she was also sweet. Just an amazing group of people! I definitely recommend visiting this clinic.

Don’t take Medicaid!?! What kinda family care Doctor will turn you away because you have Medicaid?? What they need to do is get with the program or find a new profession. ??♂️

Family Convenience Clinic provides a much needed service in our community. It’s nice to be able to pop in and see someone without an appointment. The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC FOR COVID TESTING! THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU ITS GOING TO COST$100 NOR IS IT POSTED ANYWHERE IN THAT OFFICE! JUST SOMEONE ELSE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF COVID!
