I took my standard poodle there 3 weeks ago, he didn’t look like the same dog, he had razor burn all over him, he looked terrible, he whined for over a week, developed a huge place on his face, had to take to the vet, needed antibiotics and steroids, so after all that and almost $300 later, he is just now acting like himself again. He was traumatized. I will not go back!

Burned my little dog. I immediately had to take to vet. 2nd degree burn on private parts. Vet said very painful. I called and Missy said she would pay vet and return grooming fee. Told me for over a month it had been sent. It was not. Lying! Finally I had to pick it up in person after over a month. Never went back!

What a great place. Our yorkie Brimley was hard to manage to get groomed. This was our 3rd place to try. She said he was a perfect angel and he looked terrific. He was not as stressed as he was from previous attempts. These folks know their pooches!

I am so pleased with the grooming of my fur babies. I have 2 smalls Yorkies. They have a few special issues that are meet when grooming. The lady's take loveing care while bathing and grooming them. If there is any uncertainty with grooming they call me. This business is awesome. I give them a 5 plus a high 5.

It was my chiweenie’s first time. He’s only 6 months old. They were super nice & understanding. My little guy was nervous. They called me to say after washing & blow drying him that he didn’t want to get out of the kennel. They said they didn’t want to hurt him and asked for me to come there. I thought that was very thoughtful of them and very caring of my little man’s feelings. He looked great afterwards and was silky soft. They did a great job on his nails too. I will definitely be using their services permanently .

Dropped in to have our largest dog’s nails trimmed after losing the battle to do it ourselves. We didn’t have an appt but was taken right in. I was able to stand in the lobby part and watch as they cut his nails which I believe helped him stay calm. They also combed him for me, without asking which was amazing because he’s part husky, and was blowing his coat which eliminated a lot of lose hair. A nail trim, and a free combing for $8! Not to mention very friendly staff. Will definitely be back in between normal vet visits. Thank you!

First time experience was great..easy in and out with my little furry baby. Staff was great, friendly and my grooming requests were exactly what I wanted and done with great expertise...we will definitely be back for our grooming needs.
