Do not recommend any techs to work at this store Mr Michael interviewed me and promised me 40 hours upon hiring me he didn’t notify me about any hours being shorted! I put in my two weeks notice because of the shortage and also because we never rotated like our trainer wanted him to the techs there are lazy and on there phones meanwhile I worked drive thru and front counter everyday he also allowed those same techs to work over and they weren’t doing anything but on there phones but wouldn’t let me work over which I was actually doing my job and not continuously on my phone he also let his techs talk to older customers very rude with no discipline once I put on my two weeks notice in he told me because I didn’t wanna be there he wouldn’t honor my two weeks notice

They are never very polite and it takes forever to get someone on the phone. There is number to directly call the pharmacy without going through and 100 automated questions first.

This place is beyond horrible. The automatic refill recording doesn't work so people think their prescriptions are getting filled but they are not. Also if your insurance doesn't cover a drug cvs won't call you to let u know. They just don't refill it. Wait times are awful. Also I've seen them close 2 hours early for no reason. I'm changing pharmacies asap. Had enough!!!

Terrible pharmacy. No importance placed on filling monthly scripts. No importance placed on trying to help you find someone who can fill your prescription while they've been waiting on a truck to deliver supplies for over a week now... If my insurance allowed, I would take my business elsewhere
