Their billing department is a joke. I've been receiving past due notices on a bill I paid back in March. Every time I call, I get the same woman who doesn't even ask me for my account number or name and swears she has "taken care of it." Shady. If I ever need tests again, I'll be telling my doctor about my experiences with them and ask for her to use a different lab. Four months in, and I still can't get resolution on this billing issue. Also, no online bill pay? Ridiculous in 2020.
