Been sitting out here waiting at a store supposed to be 24/7 and the guy is just looking through the window at us while he mops. Had another customer come up and he still ain't open. The door. Horrible service.

Absolute terrible customer service. Place was a wreck!! Rif Raf walking around outside wanting hand outs…. Counter person took what seemed like 10 minutes helping people she must have known while a line of people stood waiting. Then after she had been so out going to her friends when we stepped up she acted like we weren’t even there. Couldn’t count my change back just piled it in my hand. Left our things on the counter where we almost couldn’t reach them to get our things. Never once even acknowledging us being there except to take our money in which we had to wait in her to find some rubber gloves to take and handle. I’m not shocked I should have known better to go in the place.

I came in and bought three things and when it charged me the card reader said it didn't go through. That total was 33.72.. I tried again and after the clerk scanned them himself. And the total was 23.63. At first I thought Maybe the self checkout was slow on adding up. But looking at my bank statement the very next day I now have 2 payments pending for the same time same store and I only came there the one time.. the previous totals I mentioned earlier are both coming out of my account. I tried calling but I'll no response. There isn't any other way other than this review to contact anyone else about this so i hope I can get on touch with someone soon..

This place NEEDS HELP. They close there bathrooms down at night just so they don't have to clean them and this is no lie. They are suppose to be a. 24 hour store but yet about tackle someone down itmf they think you are going to the bathroom. Or at least the man that works there night shift did. I believe his name was gus. But he is very rude and not mentally capable I don't think of dealing with the public. Cause he will not let you use the restroom at night. He stalks you in the store watching you on what all you get like you are trying to steal something. I was like 20 cent short on my cigarettes I was buying one day he made me stay at the store until my husband had to go all the way to my house to get the 20 cent before I could leave. And I go in there literally everyday. So he sees me quite often. But I think they need to hire someone that don't stalk people as they enter the store and don't mind doing there job as far as cleaning the bathrooms at night and someone that can handle the public alittle better thanks and have a great day

The guy working on the night of December 18 2023 to the morning of December 19 2023 cussed me out when I came out the bath room said I wasn't supposed to be in the and I need to get the f out he could serve me they was doing a system update and locked the door behind me I had no clue other people were in the store when I walked in and I apologized and he still got ugly with me I am reporting to corporate.

Béen using circle k for awhile,became an innercircle rewards club. I get 2.25 off cigs and save .25 a gallon on fuel. Right in the middle of 31 days of Christmas. Prizes and such

I love this store but it’s very annoying to be labeled 24 hours when they close at 10 pm randomly with no warning whenever they feel like it. 3 stars alone just because they’re liars.

lady on night shift was very rude and rushing me to get out of the store. i walked up to counter and said “how was ur night” and she said “mhm” if u don’t enjoy ur job then quit. and then as i left she went outside to smoke a cig with a man.

So I just left kangaroo to use my EBT card cause I didn't know for sure if they take it I work hard for my money so yess they do except EBT so I went lastnight and used my card EBT for me and my kids and not only that I'm pregnant now but I just left not to long ago and they said they don't except EBT huh it's unfair that they go tell me they don't me and my husband spend cash EBT swip our card credit cards yess we work but why spend cash when we have EBT if you didn't want the EBT machine shouldn't never excepted so I'm going to report this and trust I know people and I will make a complaint now y'all have bless day

The manager is nice, but those 2 women employees (one comes to work with headphones around her neck & the other one kinda older & work 2nd shift) are unfriendly and rude. Why apply for a job if u don’t like dealing with people. They’re going to be the reason sales go down.
