I stop here for fountain drinks because it's only 89¢ for any size but they don't always clean the restroom and sometimes the fountain machine has several flavors unavailable due to machine being out or broken.

They want us to give them all kinds of personal information or pay more for gasoline than at the 76 station down the street. They also force you into a self checkout. I stopped eating junk so I was only buying gas. Now the 76 station is a better choice for me and my freedom.

WEST MONROE,LA CIRCLE K ARE TAKING CUSTOMERS OUT OF THERE MONEY!!! CONVINCING THEM TO USE THE AUTO MACHINE TO PAY FOR GAS!!! ONCE YOU CANNOT PUMP THE GAS AFTER BEEN MOVED TO SEVERAL DIFFERENT PUMPS AFTER STILL BEING UNABLE TO PUMP GAS… THEY REFUSE TO REFUND YOU!!! THE FACT THEY SUGGESTED CUSTOMERS TO USE THE MACHINE ITS YOUR FAULT NOT BEEN ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF PURCHASE… WHY CANT BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU NO RECEIPTS THIS HAS HAPPENED TO THREE PEOPLE THAT WE JUST FOUND OUT AND WE WILL BE MOVING FORWARD WITH BB & LABOR BOARD ETC!!

Why does it advertise open all night but at 4 am they lock the doors and literally just look at the customers in parking lot. Circle K corporate needs to know how many customers they miss late at night I was shocked that many people were out this late .

The gentleman working nights on weekends, (Gus), makes stopping here a pleasure. He's very polite, always smiling!! Good job!! Wish more employees were as enthusiastic about their jobs!

Going to the going to the store on Jonesboro road is the horrible store I've ever been to they have nasty bathrooms they have nasty fountain area there's everything spilled everywhere on the area of the fountain drinks the manager is really rude so are the employees

This place has to be the most horrible establishment in the West Monroe Louisiana area. The employees have absolutely no respect and get away with assaulting their customers. Over this past weekend on June 18th 2022 at some point in the night my sister stopped by there to use the restroom. She walked in to find a cashier by the name of Sheila. She asked Sheila if she could use the restroom with the response of "Not right now." My sister was about to urinate on herself while pleading with the woman to please let her use the restroom. Sheila responded the same way. With being denied the restroom my sister proceeded past the cashier and into the restroom anyway so she could relieve herself. While sitting on the toilet my sister was attacked by Sheila. She was drug off the toilet by her hair while urinating all over herself and the floor. Sheila began to punch my sister in the face multiple times. Another employee walked into the restroom and pulled Sheila off of my sister. The reason for the incident was because Ms. Sheila didn't want to clean the restroom again. She stated this while opening the stall to the restroom my sister was in. My sister is 18 years old and this woman is probably in her late 50's. I don't understand why people do these types of things, but as an older sister I am extremely upset and more upset that this woman gets away with it and gets to continue working as if she didn't do anything wrong at all. It's really sad.
